Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 16, 2018 by three workers on behalf of workers of Hewlett
Packard Enterprise, Global Support Delivery Supply Chain division,
including workers whose wages were reported under HP Inc.,
Andover, Massachusetts.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,725) which expires
on May 28, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
