an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 13, 2018 by the state workforce office on behalf of workers

Oregon. The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,450) which expires
on June 28, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
