Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on July 11, 2018, by the Commonwealth of
Virginia on behalf of workers and former workers at Toys "R" Us
- Delaware, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Toys "R" Us,
Inc., Newport News, Virginia (TA-W-93,972), Fredericksburg,
Virginia (TA-W-93,972A), Chesapeake, Virginia (TA-W-93,972B),
400 N. Military Highway, Norfolk, Virginia (TA-W-93,972C),
1600 Premium Outlets Boulevard, Norfolk, Virginia (TA-W-
93,972D), and Virginia Beach, Virginia (TA-W-93,972E), and
workers and former workers of Babies "R" Us, a subsidiary of
Toys "R" Us - Delaware, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Toys "R" Us, Inc., Newport News, Virginia (TA-W-93,972F) and
Chesapeake, Virginia (TA-W-93,972G)(hereafter collectively
referred to as "Toys R Us"). Workers of Toys R Us are engaged
in activities related to the supply of retail sales and
related support services.
The Department issued a negative determination (TA-W-
93,946) applicable to the petitioning workers on February 22,
2019. No new information or change in circumstances is evident
which would result in a reversal of the Department's previous
determination. Consequently, further investigation would serve
no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
