Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on July 11, 2018 on the behalf of leased workers
of Corestaff working on-site at Penske Logistics, El Paso
Distribution Center, Customer Service Group and Accounts
Payment Group, a subsidiary of General Electric/Penske
Corporation, El Paso, Texas.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an amended
certification (TA-W-93,552). Further investigation in this case
would duplicate efforts and serve no purpose; therefore, the
investigation under this petition has been terminated.
