Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 6, 2018, by a company official on behalf of workers of
Caterpillar Inc., Joliet, Illinois. The workers are engaged in
activities related to the production of hydraulic components.
The facility will cease operations by December 31, 2018 with all
workers to be separated.
The worker group is covered by an active certification (TA-W-
91,885). Consequently, further investigation in this case would
serve no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
