an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 27, 2018 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Infinite Computer Solutions, Inc., working off-site at
International Business Machines (IBM), Phoenix, Arizona.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,470) which expires
on March 22, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
