Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on June
25, 2018, by a company official on behalf of remote workers of Lexis
Nexis, RELX Division, a subsidiary of Reed Elsevier Lexis Nexis
(RELX), Miamisburg, Ohio (subject firm). The petition was filed to
include home-based (remote workers/teleworkers) who report to the
subject firm.
Remote workers are part of the worker group eligible to apply
for Trade Adjustment Assistance under TA-W-93,634 (certification
expires on June 5, 2020). Consequently, further investigation in
this case would serve no purpose, and the investigation has been
terminated.
