Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 25, 2018 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Cosmoflex, Inc., a subsidiary of ContiTech USA, Inc., Hannibal,
Missouri.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,813) which
expires on June 5, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
