Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on June 20, 2018 by a state workforce office on
behalf of workers of Transamerican Auto Parts, also known as TAP
Worldwide LLC, also known as 4 Wheel Parts, a subsidiary of
Polaris Industries, Inc., Accounts Payable and Receivable
Support group, including on-site leased workers from Randstad,
Accounting Principals and Interstate Personal Service, Compton,
California.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,664), which
expires on April 13, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
