Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 20, 2018, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Ditech Financial LLC, Procurement/P2P Group, an indirect wholly
owned subsidiary of Walter Investment Management Corp., including
on-site leased workers from Accountemps, Insight Global, and SNI
Certes Financial Pros, St. Paul, Minnesota.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,032) which expires
on August 10, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
