Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on June 15, 2018 by three workers on behalf of
workers of Xerox, Customer Business Operations (CBO) division, a
subsidiary of Xerox Technology, Rosemont, Illinois.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,320), which
expires on November 11, 2018. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
