Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 11, 2018 by the state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Savage Services, CraftForce, MPW Services, and Anderson
Security, working on-site at AES Ohio Generation (DP&L), JMSS
Division, Aberdeen, Ohio.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,619) which expires
on April 18, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
