Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 8, 2018 by the state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Eagle Family Foods Group LLC, including on-site leased workers
from Onin Staffing, Seneca, Missouri.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,952amd) which
expires on October 5, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
