Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 24, 2018 by a one-stop operator/partner on behalf of workers
of U.S. Security Associates working on-site at Gerdau Ameristeel
US, Inc., Calvert City Mill Division, Calvert City, Kentucky.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,182; amended)
which expires on April 9, 2020. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
