Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 15, 2018, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Philips North America LLC, formerly Philips Electronics North
America Corporation, Monitoring Analytics & Therapeutic Care (MA
& TC), a subsidiary of Philips Holding USA Inc., including on-
site leased workers from Randstad, Bothell, Washington.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier
petition (TA-W-93,781) filed on May 1, 2018, that is the subject of
an ongoing investigation for which a determination has not yet been
issued. Further investigation in this case would duplicate efforts
and serve no purpose; therefore, the investigation under this
petition has been terminated.
