Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on May 9, 2018 by a state workforce office on
behalf of workers of
U.S. Steel Tubular Products, Inc., Lone Star Tubular Operations,
a subsidiary of United States Steel Corporation, Lone Star,
Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,140), which
expires on December 5, 2017. Furthermore, the certification was
amended to correct the impact date. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
