Practices Consulting & Systems Division, including on-site leased
workers from Networkers Dallas, Fusion Technical Solutions, Judge
Technical Services-Brook, Infovision, Collabera Inc.-Brook,
Brook, Pyramid Consulting Inc.-Brook, Logic, and OTSI, Irving,
Texas (TA-W-93,739) and Ericsson, Inc., Regional North America
(RNAM) Engagement Practices Consulting & Systems Division,
including on-site leased workers from Networkers Dallas, Fusion
Technical Solutions, Judge Technical Services-Brook, Infovision,
Collabera Inc.-Brook, Brook, Pyramid Consulting Inc.-Brook,
Logic, and OTSI, Richardson, Texas (TA-W-93,739A).
The worker groups on whose behalf the petition was filed are
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,846A; Richardson,
Texas) and TA-W-92,846B; Irving, Texas; expires December 7, 2019).
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
