Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 18, 2018 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Modis E&T LLC, working on-site at Applied Materials, a wholly
owned subsidiary of Applied Materials Inc., Division of Common
Solutions Manufacturing Group (CSMG) (formerly known as Division
of Synexis Volume Operations), Austin, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,183) which expires
on December 30, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
