Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 17, 2018, by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers of
GE MDS, Rochester, New York. The workers are engaged in activities
related to the production of radio parts.
The petitioning worker group is covered by a certification
(TA-W-93,099; amended), which expires on September 19, 2019.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
