Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 16, 2018, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Technicolor Connected Home USA, a subsidiary of Technicolor
USA, Inc., 201 Continental Boulevard, El Segundo, California (TA-
W-93,728) and Technicolor Connected Home USA, a subsidiary of
Technicolor USA, Inc., 400 Continental Boulevard, El Segundo,
California (TA-W-93,728A).
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,330A and TA-W-
93,330B) which expires on February 22, 2020. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
