Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a Trade Adjustment
Assistance (TAA) petition filed on April 13, 2018 by a state
workforce official on behalf of workers and former workers of Tech
Mahindra Americas, Inc., Alpharetta, Georgia. The workers' firm is
engaged in activities related to the supply of information
technology services.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier TAA
petition (TA-W-93,577) that is the subject of an ongoing
investigation for which a determination has not yet been issued.
Further investigation in this case would duplicate efforts and
serve no purpose; therefore, the investigation under this petition
has been terminated.
