Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 2, 2018 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Adecco, working on-site at Quantum Spatial, Inc., Maple Grove,
Minnesota.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,214G) which
expires on December 13, 2018. TA-W-92,214G was recently amended to
include the petitioning worker group. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
