an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 21, 2018 by three workers on behalf of workers of Midway
Airport Concessionaires, Midway Airport, Chicago, Illinois.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid because the petition does not provide information required
by 29 CFR 90.11(c). Subsequent information provided by the
petitioner(s) confirmed that information provided on the petition
is inaccurate. No revised information was provided. Consequently,
the investigation has been terminated.
