Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 19, 2018 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Axeon Refining LLC, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Axeon
Specialty Products LLC, San Antonio, Texas (TA-W-93,656) and Axeon
Refining LLC, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Axeon Specialty
Products LLC, Stamford, Connecticut (TA-W-93,656A).
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,754) which expires
on January 23, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
