Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 20, 2018 by the Utility Workers Union of America, Local
175, on behalf of workers of AES Ohio Generation (DP&L), JMSS
Division, Aberdeen, Ohio, AES Ohio Generation (DP&L), KEGS
Division, Manchester, Ohio, AES Ohio Generation (DP&L), Training
Center, Manchester, Ohio, and AES Ohio Generation (DP&L),
Hutchings Station, Miamisburg, Ohio.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
