Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 8, 2018 by the state workforce office on behalf of workers
of AES Dayton Power Light, Human Resources, Accounting and Safety
Divisions, including workers whose wages were reported under
Dayton Power & Light, Dayton, Ohio.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
