Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 5, 2018 by state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Software Galaxy Systems, Adecco, Yoh Services, LLC, Sunrise
Systems, Inc., Artech Information Systems LLC, and Advastar,
Inc., working on-site at GE Inspection Technologies, a division
of GE Oil & Gas, Lewistown, Pennsylvania.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing amended certification (TA-W-92,465) which
expires on February 27, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
