Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 28, 2018, by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers
of LexisNexis, Training Department, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The petitioning worker group is filed is covered by an
existing certification (TA-W-92,440; expires on March 9, 2019).
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
