Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 27, 2018 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Victory Personnel Services, working on-site at LEDVANCE, LLC
f/k/a Osram Sylvania, a subsidiary of LEDVANCE GMBH, St. Marys,
Pennsylvania.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing amended certification (TA-W-92,866A)
which expires on July 26, 2019. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
