Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 27, 2018 by the state workforce office on behalf of
workers of APTIM and Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services,
Metropolis, Illinois.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,382) which expires
on January 23, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
