Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on February 12, 2018 by a state workforce office
on behalf of workers of Payless ShoeSource, Inc., Customer
Support Center, including on-site leased workers from
Cognizant Technology Solutions, Kelly Services, Westaff, and
Premier Staffing, Topeka, Kansas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,323; amended),
which expires on January 12, 2020. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
