Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on January 30, 2018 by UAW Local 533 on behalf
of workers of UCI-FRAM Group, LLC/Autolite, Fostoria, Ohio.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,542), which
expires on April 21, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
