an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 30, 2018 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Secure Toss, working on-site at Entergy Nuclear Operations,
Inc., a subsidiary of Entergy Corporation, Vernon, Vermont.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
