Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 25, 2018, by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers
of Itron, Inc., including on-site leased workers from Crown
Services, Inc., Owenton, Kentucky. The workers are engaged in
activities related to the production of gas regulators.
The worker group is covered by an active certification (TA-W-
93,173), which expires on November 6, 2019. Consequently, further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the
investigation has been terminated.
