Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 29, 2018 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Unitek Services, Inc., working on-site at General Electric
Company, Transportation Division, Erie, Pennsylvania.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,725A) which
expires on June 23, 2018. TA-W-91,725 was recently amended to
include on-site leased workers from Unitek Services, Inc.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
