Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 10, 2018 on behalf of workers of Ericsson, Inc., Waltham,
Massachusetts. The petitioning workers are engaged in the supply
of software development and support services.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier
petition (TA-W-93,430; issued May 4, 2018). Further investigation
in this case would serve no purpose; therefore, the investigation
under this petition has been terminated.
