Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 23, 2018 by the state workforce office on behalf of
workers of RR Donnelley, Digital Solutions Group, including on-
site leased workers from 24/7 Staffing Agency, Lancaster,
Pennsylvania.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,295amd) which
expires on January 11, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
