Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 23, 2018 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Bridgestone Americas Tire Operation LLC, Firestone AG, a
subsidiary of Bridgestone Americas Tire Operation LLC, including
on-site leased workers from Vonachen Services Inc. (VSI) and
UniversalProtection Services LLC, Des Moines, Iowa.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,565) which expires
on April 22, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
