Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 16, 2018 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of GE MDS, LLC, GE Power division, including on-site leased
workers from Kelly Services, Rochester, New York.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,099) which expires
on September 19, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
