Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on January 10, 2018 by a state workforce office
on behalf of workers of Triumph Aerostructures, Triumph
Aerospace Structure division,
a subsidiary of Triumph Group, Red Oak, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,882), which
expires on December 14, 2019. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
