Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 2, 2018 by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers of
Atlas Copco Secoroc LLC, Grand Prairie, Texas. The workers are
engaged in activities related to the production of distribution of
drill bits. The petition states that the worker group includes on-
site leased workers from Robert Half and workers whose wages are
reported under Epiroc.
The worker group is covered by a certification (TA-W-92,999;
expires on August 11, 2019). Consequently, further investigation
in this case would serve no purpose, and the investigation has been
terminated.
