an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 21, 2017 by three workers on behalf of workers of Xerox
Corporation, Field Commission Specialists and Collectors/Payment
Processors, Rochester, New York.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,218) which expires
on November 16, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
