Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 21, 2017 by United Auto Workers (UAW) Local 1853 on
behalf of workers of Ryder Integrated Logistics, working on-site
at General Motors, Spring Hill Manufacturing Plant, Spring Hill,
Tennessee. The subject worker group includes on-site leased
workers from Randstad USA.
The Department issued a negative determination (TA-W-93,361)
applicable to the petitioning group of workers on February 13,
2018. No new information or change in circumstances is evident
which would result in a reversal of the Department's previous
determination. Consequently, further investigation would serve no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
