Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 21, 2017 by a state workforce official on behalf of
workers of Altair, working on-site at The Boeing Company, Boeing
Commercial Aircraft (BCA), Everett, Washington.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,903) which expires
on August 8, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
