Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on December 19, 2017 by a state workforce office
on behalf of GE Inspection Technologies, a Division of GE Oil &
Gas, Lewistown, Pennsylvania. The petition pertained to
leased workers from CompuCom on-site at the subject firm.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,465; amended),
which expires on February 27, 2019. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
