Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 11, 2017 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Philips Medical Systems (Cleveland) Inc., including on-site
leased workers from Adecco, APN, Infotree, NextGen, Randstad,
Software Specialists, and Murtech Staffing and Solutions, Aurora,
Illinois.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,074) which expires
on October 24, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
