Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on November 30, 2017 by an one-stop
operator/partner on behalf of workers of Pacific Gas and
Electric Co., Information Technology Department, including on-
site leased workers from Agile 1 and Global Power Consulting,
Brillio LLC, Infosys Ltd., Oracle America Inc., Prolifics
Inc., QA Gear LLC, Utilligent LLC, Wipro Limited, WWT Inc.,
World Wide Technology Inc., S&S Tool & Supply Inc., and The
Act 1 Group Inc., San Francisco, California.






The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,741) which
expires on April 10, 2019. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
