an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 9, 2017 by the state workforce office on behalf of
workers of Trialon Corporation, a subsidiary of Trialon Holding
Company, Warren, Ohio.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,176l; amended)
which expires on November 28, 2018. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
