Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 9, 2017 by the state workforce office on behalf of
workers of iMedX, Inc., 3560 Lenox Road, Suite 3000, Atlanta,
Georgia. The petition was filed on behalf of teleworkers, within
the state of California, reporting to iMedX, Inc., 3560 Lenox
Road, Suite 3000, Atlanta, Georgia.
The worker group was certified eligible to apply for Trade
Adjustment Assistance under petition number TA-W-90,216 which
expires on July 13, 2018.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
