an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 30, 2017 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Gonzalez Group, LLC, Jonesville, Michigan.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,106A) which
expires on August 11, 2019. TA-W-92,106 was recently amended to
include the workers of Gonzalez Group, LLC, Jonesville, Michigan.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
